I kind of hate to admit this, but I’m only human and so are my clients…and we are all subject to weather and lighting conditions when doing shoots outdoors…so…some of this shoot was a FAIL! This is going to be part 1 of the {C} Family pictures.
To paint the picture, the day of the shoot was freezing cold, and had super cold wind. We had a location planned out—an old run down store that has an awesome brick wall. But the wind was blowing sideways to the wall, so we ended up going in the front of the store, which is not as cute for a whole family. So, between the ugly backdrop, cold smiles, and the darkening skies, the pictures of the whole family did not turn out that great. Not great enough for me to post or give to the {C} family anyway…so we are going to be doing part 2 of their family pictures probably in the spring. Okay, that was a long explanation of a photo shoot fail. Fortunately, the individual shots turned out way cute, so here’s a look-see of a few of my faves!
We braved the cold wind to get a few shots of the wall. Doesn’t she just look cold? Brrr…
Part 2 of the {C} family coming next spring…and it won’t be a fail. Promise!
